Yearly

Need a service technician to test the device components to make sure the device is good to go until the next annual service.

Water System Maintanance

Change the water at least once a week, and on each change, add 75ml Dentatec to the tank.

Fill the tank with Dentatec and water until the filter(s) is/are completely immersed.

When and how often clean the water filters?

Clean the water filter monthly or as needed, depending on usage.

A good indicator that you may need to clean the filter(s) more often is when the “water pressure too low“ message appears during the milling.

Remove the filter(s) from the tank and hold under warm water while washing out material.

Change the filter(s) immediately if damaged; otherwise, every 3 months or after 3-4 filter cleanings.

How often clean the cutting motors' water nozzles:

Adequate water flow during the cutting process helps in lubricating and thus help to extend the life of the instruments.

Clean the three cooling water nozzles monthly or if they do not strike the machining burs by carefully removing any foreign particles from the water nozzles with a cleaning wire or probe.

Block and bur holding Clamps Maintanance:

Clean the cutting motors' bur holding clamping cone:

1. Using the software, initiate a bur change.

2. Unscrew and remove the bur.

3. Clean the inside of the clamping cone with a pointed cotton swab included with the Cleaning Set and undiluted ethanol (commercially available cleaning alcohol). When doing this, rotate the cotton swab counterclockwise to push the dirt out.

4. Do not grease the thread.  Insert the tool and screw it tight with the torque wrench.

Clean the block holding clamp:

Clean the inside of the block axle once a month with a round (green) cotton swab included with the Cleaning Set and undiluted ethanol (commercially available cleaning alcohol).
